We are a second generation, family owned, Lake Norman Custom Home Builder. Tom worked side by side with his father for decades, until retirement placed him at the forefront of the company. His father built DV Wise on ethics and integrity, never compromising quality to meet a budget or utilizing shortcut methods to beat a deadline. “Quality and Honesty, First and Foremost”, are the morals embedded into the DV Wise business model. Tom utilized the assurance and determination learned from his father to earn a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology. The discipline used to acquire this knowledge and accreditation from college, prepared Tom to guide DV Wise into the next generation with the integrity and honesty endorsed by his father. We relocated to NC in 2000; it was this transition to Mooresville that solidified our love for this area. Our roots ran deep in Syracuse NY for decades, as we built homes for discriminating clients, in a sometimes challenging environment. Our carpentry skills developed with the guidance of the skilled craftsmen in the NY home building industry. |
